Founder and majority shareholder
Born in 1964; a graduate of the University of Economics, Prague, Faculty of Industrial Economics in 1986. Petr Kellner is one of the founders of PPF Group and became Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of PPF investiční společnost, a.s. in 1991. From January 1998 to March 2007, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of PPF a.s. Since April 2007, he has become a member of the Board of Directors of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. He owns a majority stake in PPF Group and manages its strategic development and planning.
Jiří Šmejc
Shareholder
Born in 1971; a graduate of the Charles University, Prague, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, where he specialized in mathematical economics. In 1992, he went into business and in 1993 he became the Executive Officer and Director of PUPP Consulting s.r.o. In 1995, he served as Sales Director at Middle Europe Finance s.r.o., which was a securities trader with a focus on acquisitions. Until 2004, he was the 34% owner of TV NOVA Group. He joined PPF Group in 2004 and became shareholder of the group in 2005. He is in charge of the group’s activities in Russia.
Ladislav Bartoníček

Born in 1964; a graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. He has joined PPF investiční společnost a.s. in 1991 as Executive Director. Mr. Bartoníček was awarded an MBA by the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, in 1993. From 1996 until 2006, Bartoníček served as Chief Executive Officer of Česká pojišťovna a.s. He has been Chairman of the Board of Česká pojišťovna a.s. since June 2000. He has become shareholder of the group in charge of insurance operations since 2007.

Aleš Minx
Director of PPF Co2 B.V.
Born in 1964; a graduate of the Prague University of Economics, Faculty of Manufacturing Economics. In 1987–1992 he was employed at PAL a.s. as head of the finance department. After joining PPF in 1992, Minx was CFO until June 2001. He served as Executive Director of PPF a.s. between July 2001 and 31 May 2005. He has been Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PPF a.s. until March 2007.
Wilhelmus Jacobus Meyberg

Wilhelmus Jacobus Meyberg was born in 1965. His career included financial analyst and finance director positions in companies such as Mattel Europe B.V., ECsoft Nederland BV. He was member of the board of Deutsche International Trust Company N.V., Metro Capital B.V., and REWE International Finance B.V. He joined PPF Group in 2004 as a company director.
